Penn State Nameplates

As it was announced last week, Penn State is adding nameplates to the back of its jerseys for the first time in program history. The Nittany Lions also will wear a blue ribbon on their uniform to support all victims of child abuse. @PennStateFball tweeted a picture of the road jersey nameplates Tuesday afternoon. See the photo in this post, plus a video of the home nameplates being prepared.

To no surprise, it's nothing too exciting. Then again, we are talking about names on the back of Penn State's jersey, and that's something few of us ever thought we'd see.

And now we know how those names will look.
