A municipal judge dismissed an assault charge against Rutgers wide receiver Leonte Carroo late Tuesday afternoon. This came after the alleged victim in the case said she did not wish to testify. Carroo was charged with assault under domestic violence in connection with an incident that occurred outside the Hale Center on Sept. 12, following Rutgers’ loss to Washington State.
