One day after releasing its preseason top 25 poll, the AP released its preseason all-america team.
Editor's note: We originally had the Big Ten with eight players honored, missing Tegray Scales. We have added the Indiana linebacker.
Nine Big Ten stars made the list, including four first-teamers, headlined by Penn State RB Saquon Barkley. Teammate Mike Gesicki, Ohio State's Billy Price and Iowa's Josey Jewell joined Barkley on the first team.
Fun fact: The Big Ten swept tight end honors, with Penn State's Mike Gesicki and Wisconsin's Troy Fumagalli taking first- and second-team honors, respectively.
