There's a pretty good chance no one feels worse about Nebraska's 3-6 start than Jack Gangwish.

The son of a Nebraska letterwinner, also a team captain and a former walk-on defensive end, Gangwish is well aware of what it means to wear Nebraska's iconic scarlet and cream. Remember his reaction to receiving his Blackshirt? Watch it here.
So, following Nebraska's disappointing 55-45 loss Saturday afternoon at Purdue, it wasn't a huge surprise to see that it was Gangwish who went into the stands to thank the Husker fans who made the 600-plus mile trek to West Lafayette, Indiana.
