Illinois linebacker Mason Monheim is an Allstate AFCA Good Works Team nominee, and he showed why after Monday's scrimmage. With the rain pouring down in Rantoul, home of Illinois' training camp, the players sprinted off the field. Everyone but Monheim, that is.

On his way to the media tent, Monheim noticed a young girl having trouble with her bicycle. He ran over to her and helped her put the chain back on her bike, before heading over to the tent to conduct interviews.
Talk about a class act.
