One of college football's most-talked-about and over-analyzed new looks will make its debut in Week 3. That's right, Indiana is debuting its polarizing chrome candy stripe lid Saturday vs. Bowling Green. See an @IUFBEquipment photo of the helmet in this post.

Clearly, the helmet is pretty flashy and makes quite the statement. But players love it, recruits love it, and that's all that matters.

The chrome lid is just one of Indiana's six helmets for the 2013 season. The Hoosiers debuted their state pride lid in Week 1 and went with the Block I last week.
