Athlon Sports released its annual preseason All-America team Tuesday, and the Big Ten fills 16 spots – four on each of the publication's four teams.
The conference even boasts a two-time honoree, as Northwestern's Venric Mark is listed as a first-team punt returner and a third-team running back. Impressive.

Big Ten preseason favorite Ohio State paces the conference with five selections, headlined by first-teamers Ryan Shazier (LB) and Bradley Roby (CB). Reigning Big Ten Player of the Year Braxton Miller is the second-team quarterback.
