UCLA's Brett Hundley threw for 63 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 37 yards in the quarter, and the two teams are tied 24-24 at the end of the second. The Bruins made the score 14-10 after Ka'imi Fairbairn kicked a 35-yard field goal to finish off a 57-yard drive.

Hundley's three-yard touchdown pass to Joseph Fauria finished off a six-play, 57-yard drive and gave UCLA the lead, 17-14.

Ameer Abdullah's 17-yard touchdown run gave Nebraska the lead 21-17 after a seven-play, 87-yard drive. The Cornhuskers crossed midfield on Abdullah's 26-yard run from the 37-yard line. Steven Manfro's 49-yard touchdown reception, however, gave the Bruins the lead, 24-21.

Nebraska got even after Brett Maher kicked a 53-yard field goal to end a four-play, 26-yard drive that tied the score at 24.

The Cornhuskers' Kenny Bell topped 100 yards receiving for the game in the quarter, and has plenty of time to add to his 109 yards and six catches.

Nebraska will have possession to start the second half.
