We already knew what Oregon was going to wear for the 2012 Rose Bowl, and now we know what Wisconsin will don Monday for the Granddaddy of Them All. The Badgers unveiled a new high-tech uniform, designed by adidas, that features rose petal graphics within the jersey numbers, the "W" helmet logo and stripes, the adidas TechFit compression base layer and the players' gloves. The uniform looks pretty much like what we're used to seeing from Wisconsin, with the exception of the rose petals throughout and the TechFit undershirt. It's not a uniform that will turn as many heads as Oregon's loud look-at-me ensemble, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. This is a conservative twist to an already conservative uniform.

?We are very excited to partner with adidas on this new look,? Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema said in a statement. ?I think the subtle changes we have made truly highlight the tradition of the Rose Bowl while maintaining our classic look."

Now if Wisconsin would only do something with that Motion W logo…
