Tom Brady knows how to make a difference, on and off the field.
The former Michigan star and lone five-time winning Super Bowl quarterback showed it again following a recent training camp practice.
This time, Brady visited Gabe Lester, 11, a West Virginia native who was diagnosed with cancer in 2011. Lester got to shake his favorite player and hero's hand, in addition to getting his Brady jersey and Under Armour hat signed by the two-time NFL MVP.
