It's going to happen. The next time Penn State running back Saquon Barkley runs over a defender on a highlight run, you'll ask yourself, "How did he do that?!"
Well, the speedy, powerful, uber-athletic likely 2017 Heisman frontrunner is as strong as anyone on the field.
The answer to your question is in a recently released (slo-mo) video of the running back power-cleaning 405 pounds. For some perspective, Barkley weighs 223 pounds. That isn't even fair. The expression on Marcus Allen's face, the teammate in the blue shirt and blue shorts behind Barkley, sums up the ridiculousness of this feat.
