Penn State, for the most part, wears a throwback uniform every fall Saturday.
On Sept. 30 vs. Indiana, the Nittany Lions will don an official throwback, as part of its Generations of Greatness home game.
As expected, the design is clean.
There are a several noticeable differences, spotlighted here, to the team's primary uniform:
- Player numbers on helmet
- Gray facemask
- Block number font
- Blue stripe down the side of pants
- White stripe on jersey sleeve
See a video and pictures of the new design below.
