By now, you probably know former Michigan basketball player Austin Hatch's story.

If not, as a kid, Hatch survived a pair of plane crashes, both of which killed family members, and spent two months in a coma with a traumatic brain injury. Read more about Hatch's unbelievable story here.

On Friday night, Hatch got engaged to his girlfriend, Abby Cole, a former Michigan volleyball player.
