Indiana confirmed a Yahoo Sports report Friday that sophomore OG Anunoby would undergo season-ending knee surgery.

Anunoby sustained the non-contact injury in Wednesday's win over Penn State. He was projected as a potential first-round lottery pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, averaging 11.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
