Watt, the younger brother of former Wisconsin standouts and current NFL players J.J. and Derek, earned All-Big Ten honors and helped guide the Badgers to the Big Ten West title and the 2017 Cotton Bowl championship.
"This decision was by no means an easy one, but I feel that it is the right decision for me at this time," Watt wrote in a tweet.
One of the nation's most feared pass-rushers, Watt finished the season with 11.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. He also provided one of the top highlights of the season with a ridiculous pick-six at Purdue.
