The Big Ten office released its Week 12 Big Ten players of the week on Monday morning. Two players split the offensive honors while two others split the special teams honors. See all of the winners.
Co-Offensive Player of the Week: LeShun Daniels Jr., Iowa RB
- Matched a career high with 26 carries for season-high 159 rushing yards in Iowa?s victory over Illinois
- Scored on runs of one and 50 yards in the contest to notch his sixth career multi-touchdown game
- Recorded more than 100 rushing yards for the fifth time in his career
- Earns the first Offensive Player of the Week award of his career

Co-Offensive Player of the Week: De?Veon Smith, Michigan RB
- Rushed for a career-high 158 yards on 23 attempts in Michigan?s win against Indiana
- Found the end zone twice in the third quarter to put the Wolverines in front for good, scoring from 34 and 39 yards out
- Registered his eighth career game with 100 or more rushing yards and his third of the season
- Claims the first Offensive Player of the Week award of his career

Defensive Player of the Week: Blake Cashman, Minnesota LB
- Tallied a career-high 10 tackles, including nine solo stops, in Minnesota?s victory over Northwestern
- Recorded two tackles for loss on a pair of sacks
- Added a forced fumble midway through the first quarter
- Collects his first career Defensive Player of the Week honor

Co-Special Teams Player of the Week: Riley McCarron, Iowa WR
- Returned an Illinois punt 55 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter to open the scoring
- Finished the contest with 72 yards on two punt returns
- Added one catch for 16 yards
- Claims his first career Special Teams Player of the Week honor

Co-Special Teams Player of the Week: Tyler Davis, Penn State PK
- Converted all four of his field goal attempts and all three of his extra point tries as Penn State defeated Rutgers
- Recorded field goals from 32, 34, 40 and 32 yards out
- Set a career high for field goals in a single game
- Earns his first career Special Teams Player of the Week honor

- Rushed for 111 yards on 14 attempts in Ohio State?s victory over Michigan State
- Scored the game-winning touchdown with 5:33 remaining in the third quarter
- Became the third Ohio State freshman ever to rush for more than 1,000 yards in a season
