Jerry Palm finally has a Big Ten team in the playoff of his latest bowl projections, slotting Ohio State No. 3 vs. No. 2 Clemson in the Fiesta Bowl. Palm has No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 4 Stanford in the Peach Bowl. Houston was No. 4 last week but has dropped from the playoff picture, according to Palm.
Palm has 10 Big Ten teams in bowls for a second week in a row. Only Northwestern, Rutgers, Purdue and Illinois are left out.
Here is where Palm has Big Ten teams slotted in bowls this week.
Ohio State: Fiesta vs. Clemson
Michigan State: Rose vs. UCLA
Michigan: Outback vs. Arkansas
Iowa: Citrus vs. Tennessee
Nebraska: Music City vs. Florida
Minnesota: Foster Farms vs. Oregon
Wisconsin: Pinstripe vs. North Carolina
Penn State: Holiday vs. Utah
Indiana: Heart of Dallas vs. Western Kentucky
Maryland: Quick Lane vs. Boston College
