What a night of Big Ten basketball!
Minnesota kicked off the action with a memorable 68-63 win over No. 6 Maryland, snapping a 14-game losing streak and giving the Gophers their first conference win of the season.
The crowd at Williams Arena stormed the court when time expired to celebrate Minnesota's first Big Ten regular season win since beating Michigan State back on Feb. 26, 2015.
The second game of the evening belonged to Denzel Valentine, who had 24 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds in Michigan State's impressive 69-57 victory over Wisconsin.
With two games on the slate, we made sure to capture the best moments.
