Gary Bradds (1962-64): 1963 and 1964 Big Ten MVP (Silver Basketball winner); Fourth in OSU scoring (28.0 average) and sixth in rebounding (13.0 per game); 1964 national POY (coaches); had six games with 40-plus points his senior year (one with 49).
Aaron Craft (2011-14): Two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year; 2013 Big Ten Tournament MVP; OSU career leader in assists (694) and steals (337); Fourth player in Big Ten history to be a three-time first team Academic All-American selection.
Robin Freeman (1953-56): Holds season average title of 32.9 PPG and career scoring title of 28.0 PPG; 1956 Big Ten MVP (Silver Basketball winner); consensus first-team All-American in 1956.
John Havlieck (1959-62): Key player of 1960 National Championship team; finished with 1,223 points in just three seasons at Ohio State; was inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame.
Dennis Hopson (1983-87): 1987 Big Ten Player of the Year; owner of OSU single season scoring record (958 points); one of two OSU players with 2,000-plus career points; Finished OSU career with All-American honors.
Jerry Lucas (1959-62): 1961 and 1962 AP Oscar Robertson Player of the Year; 1,990 career points, 1,411 career rebounds (school record), leader of 1960 National Championship team; First Team All-American all three years at Ohio State. Posted a 78-6 record during his three years at Ohio State.
Jim Jackson (1989-92): 1990 and 1991 Big Ten Player of the Year; 1991 National Player of the Year; consensus first-team All-American in 1991 and 1992; His 1,785 career points ranks seventh on OSU all-time scoring list.
Clark Kellogg (1980-82): Sixth in career rebounding (3rd among 3-year players), 1982 Big Ten MVP (Silver Basketball winner); led Buckeyes in both scoring and rebounding during his sophomore and junior seasons.
Scoonie Penn (1998-2000): 1999 Big Ten Player of the Year; led OSU to the 1999 Final Four; ended his career as Ohio State as the all-time leader in 3-point field goals made.
Michael Redd (1997-2000): Fifth in OSU record book in scoring (1,879 points); holds freshman record of 658 points in a season and 21.9 average; only player outside of Jerry Lucas to score 500-plus points in every season he played in.
Larry Siegfried (1959-61): Helped lead OSU to 1960 National Championship-hit last second jumper to beat Indiana and win Big ten title (necessary to play in NCAA Tourney); 1961 All American.
Evan Turner (2007-10): 2010 Big Ten Player of the Year, 2010 National Player of the Year; led team in scoring, assists, rebounds, and steals both his sophomore and junior years.
Herb Williams (1977-81): One of two OSU players with 2,000-plus career points, Second in OSU school history in both blocks with 328 and rebounds with 1,111.
