The polls view the trio of Big Ten teams similarly, too, as Michigan State (No. 1), Maryland (No. 4) and Purdue (No. 14) are ranked the same in both polls.
The Spartans (13-0), off to the best start in program history, are atop the polls for the fourth consecutive week, receiving 64 of 65 first-place votes in the AP Poll and 27 of 31 first-place votes in the Coaches Poll.
