The regular season is over, so bowl projections figure to be of interest to Big Ten fans. Here is CBSSports.com expert Jerry Palm's latest list.

Palm has 10 Big Ten teams in bowls, including two with 5-7 records: Nebraska and Minnesota. But there was a report recently from CBSSports.com that says some bowls may go ?dark? and not be played because of a lack of 6-6 teams.

Bottom line: Stay tuned on if 5-7 teams will be in bowls.

Last week, Palm had Clemson No. 1 and playing No. 4 Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. No. 2 Alabama was taking on No. 3 Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl. That hasn?t changed. And also unchanged is Palm?s forecast of having Iowa play Stanford in the Rose Bowl and Ohio State taking on Houston in the Fiesta in the Selection Committee Bowls.
