Few NFL players had more impressive Week 10 performances than a pair of recent Michigan State standouts.

Former Spartans quarterback Kirk Cousins and ex-running back Jeremy Langford were at the top of their games in Washington's 47-14 win vs. New Orleans and Chicago's 37-13 victory at St. Louis, receptively.
Cousins was nearly flawless Sunday, completing 20 of 25 (80 percent) passes for 324 yards and a career-high four touchdowns, to go along with zero interceptions. Langford, making just his second career start, amassed 182 total yards, including a game-high 109 yards through the air, and a pair of touchdowns, one on the ground and one in the passing game.
How rare was Langford's all-around effort? Here's an amazing stat: Langford is just the third Chicago Bears player to record 100 receiving yards, a receiving TD and a rushing TD in the same game, joining Hall of Famers Gale Sayers and Walter Payton.
