The Penn State football team got a funny surprise in a recent team meeting and it led to plenty of double-takes. Penn State Homecoming Grand Marshal Keegan-Michael Key, a Penn State alumnus, showed up to impersonate Penn State football coach James Franklin during squad meeting, and it's hilarious. Watch it all unfold in this clip from Penn State.

After getting a few tips from Franklin himself, Key donned his coaching gear and made the perfect entrance to the team's meeting room.

He nailed the quote of the day, the handshake, and the overall delivery, and the players laughed through the whole thing.

After the stunt, Franklin tells his impersonator that at first the players "thought it was me with different glasses on."

Keegan-Michael Key is a 1996 graduate of Penn State and studied Fine Arts at the school. The comedian is one of the creators and stars of the Key and Peele show.
