Ohio State fans will never forget the beautiful story of Jacob Jarvis, who is a huge Buckeye football fan and followed the team on their memorable national championship run last season.

Jarvis has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, the most common fatal genetic disorder diagnosed during childhood, which primarily affects boys across all races and cultures.

On Saturday, coaches from Ohio State and Western Michigan will be wearing patches to honor the fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Last year, ?BTN Journey: Big Ten Football 2014? spotlighted the friendship between Jarvis and Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer.

Watch our Journey preview clip on Jacob and his bond with the Ohio State team at the top of this post.

This should be a very special moment.

The Buckeyes and Broncos are set to kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at the Horseshoe.
