Just imagine if Leonte Carroo played the first half, too.
Carroo, the Big Ten's top returning wide receiver, caught three passes, all touchdowns, for 129 yards in the second half of Rutgers' 63-13 season-opening win over Norfolk State.
Benched for the first half due to a curfew violation, Carroo wasted no time making his presence known, grabbing his first scoring strike with 10:58 remaining in the third quarter; he added two more in the next 7:47 of game time.
The three scores also helped him become Rutgers' all-time receiving touchdowns leader (22).
Watch Carroo's 20th, 21st and 22nd touchdown receptions in the video above or below.
Leonte Carroo's day: 3 rec., 129 yards, 3 TDs. He's now No. 1 on @RFootball TD reception list (22), to boot. http://t.co/hKmrAE5Mez
