Ohio State football fans won't want to miss the Ohio State Fair this summer.

A 2,000-pound butter sculpture featuring a life-sized Urban Meyer, along with Brutus Buckeye, an Ohio State helmet and a replica of the College Football Playoff national championship trophy, will be on display Wednesday through Aug. 9 at The Ohio Expo Center & State Fair in Columbus.

According to Cleveland.com, the sculpture took 500 hours to complete, 400 of which were spent inside a 46-degree cooler.

Here's a portion of the pun-filled release from the creators of the sculpture, the American Dairy Association Mideast:

"The Ohio State Buckeyes carved out a spot in history after winning the first-ever College Football Playoffs in January, and now the team is getting even BUTTER. To celebrate the legen-dairy Buckeyes, sculptors created a life-sized replica of head coach Urban Meyer and mascot Brutus – made entirely out of butter."

Pretty cool tribute. Only question is, what happens to the sculpture after Aug. 9?
