Former Rutgers standout Todd Frazier won the 2015 MLB Home Run Derby on Monday night at Great American Ball Park.

Frazier, who edged Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Joc Pederson, 15-14, in the final, became just the second player to win the Derby in his home stadium, joining Hall of Famer Ryne Sandberg (1990, Wrigley Field).
In the first bracket format in event history, the ex-Rutgers standout and No. 2 seed took down Texas' Prince Fielder, 14-13, in the opening round and Toronto's Josh Donaldson, 10-9, to advance to the final.
All three of Frazier's wins came by one home run, and all were clinched on his final swing.
The home crowd, of course, loved Frazier's swing to win it all.
