The 2015 MLB First-Year Player Draft came to a close Wednesday, and it was a fantastic three days for the Big Ten.

Fresh off one of the best seasons in Big Ten history, putting a conference-best five teams in the NCAA tournament, 53 players were selected.
Perspective: 43 were taken in the previous two drafts combined.
