It was just over 24 hours ago that Michigan State's Ryan Krill demolished a go-ahead grand slam to deep right field in the bottom of the eighth inning to help No. 5 Michigan State rally past No. 8 Nebraska, 9-7.

On Friday, it was Indiana freshman Logan Sowers' turn.

Leading Iowa 3-0 in the bottom of the third inning, Sowers blasted a grand slam to deep left field, which landed in the 200 level seats at Target Field.

The blast, which was Sowers' second grand slam of the season, gave the Hoosiers a commanding 7-0 lead over the Hawkeyes.
