The regular season complete, it's time to take a look at where Big Ten teams land on the final USA Today Baseball Coaches Poll, released Monday.

Illinois, despite a pair of wins to close out the season on a 26-game winning streak, stayed at No. 5, while Iowa dropped four spots to No. 21.
The Illini claimed the Big Ten regular-season title, their 30th in program history, and the top overall seed in the Big Ten tournament with its win over Nebraska on Thursday, coupled with Iowa's loss at Rutgers.
The Big Ten tourney opens Wednesday morning at Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins.
