Truth: Baseball players are a little crazy — in a good way, of course.

Few sports have athletes who are more superstitious and goofy than baseball. It's a long season, there are a lot of games, and you see the same opponents several times a year.

That being the case, it's not rare to see players goofing around to mix things up, whether it's in the dugout, bullpen or locker room.

Take first-place Illinois, for example. Bringing a 16-game winning streak into Sunday's game at Penn State, the Illini players are loose and having as much fun as any team.

How much fun? Well, take a look at how the relievers made their way into the bullpen in the bottom of the fifth inning of Sunday's series finale in the video above.

Illinois won, 6-3, to run its winning streak to a program-record 17 games.
