Another Big Ten star has announced he will return to school for the 2015-16 college basketball season.
Just two days after Michigan's Caris LeVert made his official announcement to return to school, Indiana's James Blackmon Jr. announced he will do the same.
Blackmon Jr., who was named All-Big Ten honorable mention as a freshman this past season, averaged 15.7 points and 5.3 rebounds for the Hoosiers. His return ensures IU will be one of the top-ranked teams in the Big Ten heading into next season.
"I just felt the best situation for me was to come back and play my sophomore year here and continue to be a student athlete at Indiana," Blackmon Jr. said. "Coming back, I'm going to be playing with a great team and we have a huge chance to do something great this next year. I wanted to be a part of that."
