The renovation to Iowa State's end zone has, at least for an afternoon, reached an awkward point. #Hawkeyes pic.twitter.com/iPnJ3MrxLa

There must be a few Iowa fans among the construction crew renovating the sound end zone at Iowa State's Jack Trice Stadium.

How else can one explain the "Iowa" going up before the "State" on the outside of the stadium (see above)?
Sure, the letters need to be centered and we're trained to do all things letter-related left to right, but it's a little interesting that the "Iowa" was State-less for as long as it was on Iowa State's stadium. (Just look at the timestamps of the tweet above and below).
This is a fierce rivalry, and rivals nowadays go out of their way to avoid things like this, no matter how small or irrelevant, which this is, from happening.
