Few Big Ten schools can match the production that Nebraska has had in the NFL draft the last 10 years.
The Cornhuskers have had 37 picks-almost four per draft. And the program also has had four first-rounders.
The most prolific position has been defensive back with 11 selections. The offensive line and linebacker (each with seven picks) also have been production positions for producing pros in Lincoln.
Nebraska will add to its impressive array of NFL draftees April 30-May 2, with end Randy Gregory projecting as a high first-round pick. Other Cornhuskers who should be selected are wideout Kenny Bell, running back Ameer Abdullah, guard Jake Cotton and defensive back Corey Cooper, among others.
