For the first time in program history, Maryland is in the Final Four in consecutive seasons.

The top-seeded Terrapins took down No. 2 seed Tennessee, 58-48, on Monday night to win the Spokane Region and become the first Big Ten team to make the Final Four since 2005 (Michigan State).
Lexie Brown scored 15 points to lead a balanced Maryland attack, and Brionna Jones added 14 points, to go along with nine rebounds and four blocks.
Maryland, which has won 28 straight games, will face top overall seed Connecticut on Sunday in the national semifinals.
The other semifinal also features a pair of No. 1 seeds, as Notre Dame will battle South Carolina.
