Ohio State clinched its first NCAA wrestling crown Saturday afternoon, and it did so while wearing late former teammate Kosta Karageorge's initials on its singlet.

Karageorge, who was found dead on Nov. 30, 2014, the day after the Michigan-Ohio State game, wrestled for Ohio State for three seasons before joining the football team this past season.
The Buckeyes also wore Karageorge's "KK" initials on their left shoulder straps at the Big Ten Wrestling Championships earlier this month.
What a great gesture and tribute.
Not to be forgotten, the Ohio State football team won the national championship while wearing a No. 53 decal on the back of its helmet to honor Karageorge. Star defensive lineman Michael Bennett wore Karageorge's number, too.

Pretty incredible story that after Kosta Karageorge's passing, Ohio State wins national titles in both of his sports: football & wrestling.
