The Big Ten announced its latest Big Ten Men's Basketball Players of the Week on Monday. See who took home the honors in the post.

Co-Players of the Week: Dez Wells, Maryland, G

  • Averaged 20.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in leading Maryland to wins over Indiana and at Penn State
  • For the week, shot 60.9 percent (14-of-23) from the field, 60.0 percent (3-of-5) from three-point range and 81.8 percent (9-of-11) from the free throw line
  • Scored 18 points, pulled down two rebounds and handed out a pair of assists in the 68-66 win over Indiana
  • Poured in 24 points on 7-of-10 shooting, including a 7-of-7 effort from the free throw line, and corralled six rebounds in the 76-73 victory at Penn State
  • In conference play, currently ranks third in the Big Ten in three-point field goal percentage at 51.9 percent
  • Earns his first career Big Ten Player of the Week honor

Frank Kaminsky, Wisconsin, F

  • Averaged 18.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per game with two double-doubles in leading the Badgers to wins at Nebraska and over Illinois
  • Shot 60.0 percent (15-of-25) from the field for the week
  • Scored 13 points, corralled 12 rebounds, handed out four assists and posted three blocks in the 65-55 win at Nebraska
  • Poured in 23 points on 11-of-16 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds against Illinois
  • Leads the Big Ten with 10 double-doubles this season, and in conference play, currently ranks third in the Big Ten in scoring at 18.8 points per game, and second in rebounding with 8.9 caroms per contest
  • Earns his fifth career Big Ten Player of the Week honor and third this season
  • Last Wisconsin Player of the Week: Frank Kaminsky (Dec. 29, 2014)

Freshman of the Week: Vince Edwards, Purdue, F

  • Averaged 11.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 blocks per game in Purdue?s wins at Rutgers and against Nebraska
  • For the week, shot 52.9 percent (9-of-17) from the field and 42.9 percent (3-of-7) from three-point range
  • Scored 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting and pulled down five rebounds to go along with one block against Nebraska
  • His 15 points against the Cornhuskers marked his highest output since scoring 16 points in a win over Michigan on Jan. 3
  • Currently ranks sixth among Big Ten freshman in scoring with 9.6 points per game, and third in rebounding with 4.6 caroms per contest
  • Earns his third Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor
