The Minnesota wrestling team did something Sunday that no team has done since January 2011. It beat four-time reigning national champ Penn State in its home gym.

The Gophers edged the Nittany Lions, 17-16, to stay unbeaten behind five victories in the first seven matches.

Minnesota moved to 10-0 overall and 6-0 in Big Ten with the victory.

ILLINOIS 31, NORTHWESTERN 9: After suffering three consecutive Big Ten losses, Illinois came through in a big way on Sunday afternoon, upending Northwestern, 31-9. Illinois improves to 9-4 (3-3 Big Ten), while the Wildcats fall to 9-6 (1-5 Big Ten). Read full recap.

MICHIGAN 34, INDIANA 6: No. 16 Michigan team took eight of 10 matches, earning bonus points in five, to claim a dominant 34-6 win against Indiana on Sunday afternoon at the Hoosiers' University Gymnasium. Read full recap.

MINNESOTA 17, PENN STATE 16: No. 1 Minnesota won five of its first seven matches Sunday, including major decisions by No. 4 Nick Dardanes (141) and No. 1 Dylan Ness (157), to send No. 6 Penn State, 17-16, to its first home loss since January 2011. With the victory, the Gophers improve to 10-0 this season, including 6-0 in Big Ten competition. Read full recap.

NEBRASKA 26, RUTGERS 9: No. 13 Nebraska (7-1, 4-1 Big Ten) held a 10-6 lead after four matches before winning five in a row on its way to a 26-9 triumph over No. 21 Rutgers at the Devaney Center on Sunday afternoon. Read full recap.

OHIO STATE 31, MARYLAND 9: Pins by Logan Stieber and Bo Jordan, a technical fall by Nathan Tomasello and major decisions from Kyle Snyder and Johnni DiJulius led No. 4 Ohio State (9-3, 5-1 Big Ten) to a convincing 31-9 victory over Maryland (5-11, 0-5) on Sunday. Read full recap.
