Garry Gilliam caught eight passes, none for a touchdown, during his time as a Penn State tight end.
He finished his career as a offensive tackle, a position in which he, naturally, also never caught a touchdown.
Then came the NFC Championship Game on Sunday afternoon. Gilliam, an offensive lineman for the Seattle Seahawks, caught his first career touchdown on a gutsy fake field goal vs. Green Bay.
Watch the highlight in the tweet above.
Caught a Touchdown in the NFC Championship…. who would've thought? So honored!

Gilliam wasn't the only former Big Ten player who had a big highlight. Former Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson threw the game-winning TD on the first possession of the overtime.
Watch it below.
