To the surprise of absolutely nobody, national champion Ohio State (14-1) sits atop the final AP Poll, released Tuesday morning.

The Buckeyes, who beat Oregon in the inaugural College Football Playoff Championship Game on Monday night, received all 59 first-place votes and moved up four spots. The Ducks finished No. 2.

TCU, Alabama, Michigan State (11-2) and Florida State, which tied with 1,212 votes, round out the top 5.

Wisconsin (11-3), the Big Ten's third and final ranked team, comes in at No. 13.
