Philly Brown played at Ohio State just last season, so it's not exactly crazy for him to think the Buckeyes would have a very special 2014 season.

He didn't just think it, though; he predicted it, and the tweet above is your proof.

That tweet is from June 25, as you can see, two months before the season kicked off and at a time when Braxton Miller was one of the nation's top preseason Heisman favorites.

Now, six months and two quarterbacks later, Ohio State is exactly where Brown predicted, readying to play in the national title game.

No. 4 Ohio State plays No. 2 Oregon in the championship game January 12 in Arlington, Texas.

In four seasons at Ohio State, Brown caught 145 passes for 1,750 yards and 15 touchdowns, including 10 scoring grabs last year.

He went undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft but signed with Carolina, where he grabbed 21 passes for 296 yards and two touchdowns.
