Video: Nick Mangold hides in fridge, scares customers in Pepsi ad

If you're going to be scared, it might as well be by a familiar face, right?

That's what former Ohio State center Nick Mangold does to poor, unexpected customers at a gas station in a new Pepsi advertisement.

Mangold, in his full New York Jets uniform, hid in one of the giant Pepsi refrigerator's, and, needless to say, the customers received quite the surprise when they opened the door and tried to reach in for a drink.

Some were more scared than others, and some found it funny.

One thing's for sure: Mangold appeared to have a blast. He was snapping the bottles to customers – some in moving cars – yelling "Shotgun! Shotgun!" and giving out high-fives.
