It is no secret that the Big Ten is loaded at running back, but Indiana's Tevin Coleman (15 car., 219 yards, 3 TD) and Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon (27 car., 175 yards, 4 TD) took it to a whole new level Saturday.
Both Coleman and Gordon broke several records in their respective games; Coleman's terrific effort came in a 45-29 loss to Iowa, while Gordon's equally impressive game led the Badgers to a 38-28 win over Illinois.
Here is a look at some of the records Coleman set.
