It was all Michigan State, all the time in the first half vs. Eastern Michigan on Saturday. The Spartans, in their first action since losing at Oregon on Sept. 6, looked like the Big Ten favorite and then some en route to allowing one yard (!) and racing to a 49-0 halftime lead.
Yes, that's one yard!

#MichiganState doing what good teams do, up 49-0 on MAC School even though they've played three QBs and backups.

NCAA record for fewest yards allowed in game is -47 (Penn State vs. Syracuse, 1947). Still, EMU has 7 total yard with 2:40 1H.

The offense was pretty good, too.
MSU's 49 first-half points is a school modern-day record (since 1946). #MSUEMU
