BTN.com's Tom Dienhart and Sean Merriman recently released their updated Big Ten Player Rankings, and there was plenty of movement on both lists. That said, the No. 1 players stayed the same: Christian Hackenberg (Dienhart) and Ameer Abdullah (Merriman). See who else made their lists in this post.

5. Anthony Zettel, DT, Penn State. Saturday night really epitomized the skill level he brings to the field.

4. Tommy Armstrong Jr., QB, Nebraska. He's really been the best player on this Nebraska offense.

3. Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana. He's been the most prolific back in the Big Ten.

2. Tony Lippett, WR, Michigan State. He's picked up right where he left off in 2013.

1. Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State. He's the best player in the Big Ten, hands down.

5. Mike Hull, LB, Penn State. He's taken over the role of the leader on this Penn State defense.

4. Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State. He's really helped this offense really evolve from where they were at this time last year.

3. Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana. They (Indiana) are learning on the run game, and Coleman is the guy that makes that offense go.

2. Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State. This guy continues to impress every week.

1. Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska. It's tough for me to drop him as long as he keeps producing like he has been.
