Saturday night's Michigan State-Oregon game is as big as it gets in nonconference play. And just about any time there's a big game nowadays, teams recognize it by wearing alternate uniforms. The Spartans will be wearing a new road jersey, which is all white, but their thigh pads will be the most-talked-about item.
Why? The pads have Michigan State's logo on them, and they display through the pants.
