Big Ten newcomer Rutgers will be welcomed to the conference with a challenging, yet entertaining schedule. The Scarlet Knights will make their Big Ten debut on Dec. 30 against Northwestern. Eddie Jordan?s club will take on fellow Big Ten newcomer Maryland twice, with the first matchup on Jan. 14 in College Park, and the second on March 3 in Piscataway. Rutgers will close out the Big ten season at Michigan on March 7.
