We all have professional athletes who we have looked up to at one point or another. Well, former Wisconsin star J.J. Watt took that to a whole new level by posting the following video to his Instagram account.

The video shows Watt catching a deep pass from a friend named Trey, whose fellow classmates didn't believe that he was friends with the Houston Texans standout.

"I'm J.J. Watt, and this is my buddy, Trey," he says into the camera. "And all of you who don't believe Trey is my friend, believe this touchdown."

Watt catches the deep, picture-perfect pass and raises the ball to celebrate.

This isn't the first time we have been touched by a J.J. Watt story.

Just under a year ago, Watt paid a surprise visit to Leukemia patient, Christian Beasley, who named the robot that goes to school for him "Watt," in honor of his favorite player.

Conclusion: J.J. Watt is someone who every kid should be happy to look up to.
