Big Ten Player of the Year Nik Stauskas was named to the AP All-America second team Monday. The Michigan sharpshooter shot 47 percent and averaged 17.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists en route to leading Michigan to its first outright Big Ten title since 1986 and the Elite Eight.

Stauskas, the lone Big Ten player on the three teams, is the second Wolverine in as many seasons to earn AP All-America honors, joining 2013 first-teamer Trey Burke.
