Northwestern's Nikola Cerina has been issued a one-game suspension for throwing a punch in Wednesday night's scuffle at Ohio State, according to Big Ten official Ray Perone. Cerina, who was thrown out of the game, along with Ohio State's LaQuinton Ross, will sit out Saturday vs. Indiana. Ross, who was ejected for pushing Cerina and Drew Crawford, will not be suspended.
